Love the service and the place was so cute
I never understood why people would pay to get their lashes done when you can just throw lashes / mascara on. However, after experiencing Whiplashed - I get it. Their craft has made it possible for me to save time daily, & experience a new confidence I can’t explain. The salon is always clean, plays good music. I received a message on 1/26/26 from the scheduler Dani that the my lash artist Saima is no longer with the company. I have a mutual friend that sees her too so when I got the message from the salon I messaged her and asked her if she got the same message and she told me Saima's last day was 1/18/26. This is not the first time I've had an issue with the scheduler. I had an appointment on 7/26/25 and Dani messaged me on 7/24/25 asking if I could push my appointment back because there were overlapping appointments. It was my o... read more
