During covid I had to call in as my son was ill. They still charged the 250$..since I cancelled. No mention of rescheduling or putting that money towards the reschedule until I complained then they said they would do that for me. I understand they work on commission and need the customers to show up but there are always circumstances that can not be helped and during COVID that just really was not cool.
Katie is a true artist. She listened and then executed perfectly. She has a gentle technique which I very much appreciate. I love my results- what else could you ask for?
I wanted eyelash extensions for the first time and Katie did an amazing job!
