The wash itself is great, however I went there the last two times and there was no drying with the automatic touchless wash even though I got the wash with everything included ($18 one). The first time I thought it might’ve been something I did wrong, but it was the same the second time. Had to dry my car by hand as it was soaking, which was a pain. Edit: I was going by the pricing on the website which says $18 was would have dryer. Edit: changing from 4 to 5 stars because it was my mistake, I didnt understand the pricing.

The payment machine malfunctioned and my cash was stuck inside. I emailed the management and he immediately made it right. Exceptional customer service. I have been using them for multiple years and I will continue to go there with my vehicles.

Purchased a ceramic auto wash for about 20 bucks expecting a long wash with the application of ceramic coating and a full dry but boy was I disappointed. I didn't get the ceramic coat nor a dry, what a rip off. Don't waste your money at this place. Happily will take my Business to the CLEAN up on steubenville pike.

Pros - the touchless wash is good for the price. I also value the do it yourself as I don’t need it perfect most of the time and the value for the time on the self wash is really good Cons- seems like the vacuum time has been shortened a lot for the same $. It’s $2 for 2 minutes. I used to be able to vacuum my whole car with one maybe 2 cycles but now I wasn’t even done after 3 ($6). I do realize the equipment costs money but with the free vacuums down in Robinson this is tough to justify. Just FWIW.
