Nearly everything here is broken. All vacuum machines steal your money. The only working stall provides high pressure rinse only - soap option doesn't work, spot free doesn't work, nothing but high pressure rinse. Worthless waste of time.
Was hopeful when this reopened but went downhill fast. Spoke with the owner, told him and just excuses but no service. Update: Returned yesterday and noticed slight improvement. Still no spot free rinse and one of the vacuum cleaners had a damaged hose. There are no signs posted if you have an issue. Great Location, just not as consistently functional as you might like.
I come here often, it's close and it accepts credit which is great but as mentioned I've lost money on many occasions with non working wash bays and vacuums. Edit: 2 weeks later and the vacuum still doesn't work. I would like to be reimbursed for at least $20 that I've wasted here.
Equipment was not in good condition. They had been robbed so wands, brushes, were stolen. Hopefully it will improve...I will check it again to see. They need to improve it or get it sold. They already have a For Sale sign.
