The agent that responded to my initial question was Stella. Stella was incredible from the initial step all the way to the end. I was even shocked and surprised when I will get a response to my email after 10PM. I tried many insurance companies but none would cover the policy I needed for my new non emergency medical transportation. Stella was successful, polite , prompt and extremely approachable. I'm so glad I found Morris at WHINS when I needed help finding new auto insurance! He found me an amazing rate with Mercury, but they require a 15-day underwriting period (and my current policy was about to expire). I was disappointed, sure that it wouldn't work out.
