Phoned up out of Victoria B.C. to surprise my Girl Friend working up north for a month. Was very helpful in helping me sort out what i wanted to get and for a fair price. Also Delivered for a fee which i thought was extremely cheap and fair. Would highly recommend anyone to use Whimsy Flowers and Gifts. If i am every up in that area would use again.
