Just moved to Boise from Missouri. I read reviews for all sorts of salons here. I came across Whimsy had read nothing but awesome reviews. I had shoulder length hair and decided for a pixie cut. Kayla was absolutely the best! I've never had a better cut! She did exactly what I wanted, looked at the pictures I brought and listened to me.
