I had commented on post to hold items, which they said ok till close at 6. Went into store to pick up at 4:30, items were on rack for sale�. What’s the point of saying you will hold something and never pull from rack!!! I did purchase items but got home and realized dress has a stain

The items would not had sold as we had them held in our system but were so busy, we just had not gotten to pulling them. As to the dress, we apologize for missing the stain. We tag hundreds of items a day and do sometimes miss something. We inspect every items but admit that sometimes something will be missed.
