An absolutely wonderful pedicure! This is the place to go if you want that extra attention! They do it with pleasure!
Such a sweet experience—but only in the way that makes you regret every second. 😒 The staff are overly friendly, but it’s just a mask for how unprofessional everything else is. I booked an appointment (confirmed on call) and still waited 15 minutes. I asked for acrylics and ended up with uneven gel nails(without even awared off). I’ve been going to whimsical nail spa for over 5 years now, and have never gone anywhere else since I first walked in. They are so accommodating, friendly, easy to talk to and of course do a fantastic job! The service is amazing and the ladies of whimsical are so talented and kind. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.

One of the main draws to this salon originally was that they claimed to only do services that were ‘healthy’ for the nails. They were very concerned about cleanliness, unless they got busy. Using dremels are NOT healthy for the nails, NOT cleaning the dremel bits between customers are NOT healthy for the customer.
