About this business
In 2012 we started our business in Cambridge Ontario with a small 1500 sq ft space. After a year we opened another small 1000 sq ft space in Kitchener Ontario. Through the years our business grew and our returning customer base has grown and allowed us to close our 2 smaller stores and move into a 6500 sq ft space in August of 2016 at 3 Hoffman St. in Kitchener. Beautiful furniture and home decor.
I brought my mother’s dining room set to Whimsical Furnishings to be refinished from a cherry stain to a chalk painted grey. I had to follow up about 6 weeks after I dropped it off for an update and was told I could get it the following Saturday. Went to pick it up and it was all wrapped so I could get it home safely. Once home and unwrapped, it wasn’t even fully painted. The entire bottom of the table was still the cherry colour and the diamond shape cut outs on the chairs were also not completely finished. Fabulous service! So friendly... Andrew brought my package right out to the car when I got there (Lockdown time) half an hour after emailing him my order. I even got a follow-up email with some tips for using the paint.
Great place and they do custom work, refinished my chairs really happy with it. Also dealer for aspire paints and is always happy to give advice. Great spot, great people.
