Used for years. Hadn't had any problems until this year. Zero communication or retention passed between sitters. Consistently didn't follow pet instructions. Very disappointed in quality of service, won't be using again. Raised prices, decline in service. Sitter took more accountability than owner did when I brought multiple issues up.
For the last decade, we have relied on WYWO for the care and (nail) maintenance of our pets. For our dog, being big and mild-mannered, he enjoys his time at the main center cavorting with other dogs, virtually always being picked up healthy, well-fed and tired from his adventures. Our 3.5 year old Jack Russell, Sully, has been going to WYWO since summer 2023 and is obsessed! He adores the staff and his time there so much that we have to speak in code while home… If he hears “daycare” he starts whining to get in the car and go🤣. Tiffany, the owner, is always quick to reply and answer questions. So so grateful for WYWO, we trust them completely with our Sully boy!
