I had an IUD put in by these guys 5 years ago and at the time i received good service by them. Now that it is time to get it removed i have called them multiple times and been met with hostile and frankly very rude customer service representatives. They told me i HAD to have insurance which at the time of trying to get the appointment I didn’t have. They asked me what insurance i had and i told them the apple healthcare provided by Washington state and they told me if i wanted to book another appointment i had to get back on... read more

A lot of the staff there are amazing and super funny! But my husband and I went there to confirm our first pregnancy and we were super excited given we have been trying. Some of the staff were rude and looked at me like I was crazy when I asked if I could get a urinalysis test and a blood test to confirm. Also had a bit of attitude. i am a new patient at the Wiman’s Clinic. have been very kindly treated by all, and made to feel welcome. Dr. Levin was extraordinarily helpful, caring, patient, supportive, and knowledgeable regarding my concerns. I am so impressed with her care, her quick response posting my lab results, and answering my questions. .We are very lucky to have her here in Coupeville. We are also lucky to have a woman’s clinic. Travel to see specialist can get hard as you get older - and to be able to receive this level of care is truly a ble... read more

They are really kind and caring. I had a baby in my 40s and I’ve had some really bad experiences with well meaning doctors being too harsh in the past but everyone at this clinic was so encouraging and supportive and made it a fantastic experience. I continue to go here for all of my care and everyone I have seen is so friendly and amazing. It’s a fantastic clinic with such a welcoming and supportive team

Dr. Levine was so wonderful to work with, as was the rest of the staff at the clinic. Everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. My questions were addressed and I felt the care I received there was exceptional. Would recommend!
