I recently moved from Southern California to Greenbank. I had an appointment with Dr Andrews. I couldn’t be happier. Really amazing person and Doctor.
Oh- wonderful! Folx here are so welcoming and efficient (helpful when I'd rather be playing outside instead of being at the doc office). And Dr. Andrews is what I'd hope for in a physician -- proficient, knowledgeable, and direct with a steady and grounding bedside manner. Happy to have found this clinic!
Everyone is very helpful-greets you as you come in, if you have an issue or problem they will try and fine an answer.
I went to a doctor appointment so I could establish care with a new doctor in freeland. Since they get a new doctor every 6 months for some reason. They work with the walk in clinic and share information in the system. to preface this off, I wannan say I have Been calling them, sitting on hold just about an hour every time, listening to the same two hold music songs so i could ask about how they said I'd be getting a call about a consultation for my collarbone since I went in there over a week ago. Minus 10 stars if I could. Have never written a review but, literally, they are SO bad, reviews that send people elsewhere could potentially be life-saving. They've beaten me into having to find another provider, I've stuck with it FAR too long - my bad - but don't make my mistake. Cannot get through to speak with anyone. Messages are not returned. I have to physically drive to their location in order to communicate anything. Absolutely criminal service. Cannot for the life of me, figure out why they can't solve this - soooo... read more
