Organization switched computer systems, and lost information. Failed to send reminder of annual visit. Now I have to wait 2 months for an appointment, and will not receive supplies because no prescription.
Horrible thats all I can say about this clinic it takes them weeks to fill any medication you need I had a nurse practioner that refused to fill any pain medication and I have had 14 surgeries and need another one on my neck, asked for them to fill paperwork out so I can continue receiving my medical insurance I was told my primary dr couldn't fill out so nurse was extremely rude told me to try Skagit reginal health I called them and he said are u serious we don't know anything about your history that should be your primary ... read more
