If I could give a 0 I would. Their scheduling is the worst I have ever encountered. It takes months to get an appointment, only for them to cancel a couple of weeks beforehand due to someone taking time off or "not being available." Such poor customer service. We, as patients also take time off of work to schedule these appointments. I'm an advocate of providers taking time off but not if it's so poorly coordinated with scheduling that it impacts patients negatively.
Awful clinic. Long wait and a staff that was trained in empathy by Emperor Palpatine. Go if you are bleeding and will perish before arriving at another health care provider.
