Excellent phlebotomist! Super easy and quick. Grateful for this southend medical clinic.
Front door/desk operative was very kind AND listened, nurse was great too, then Dr. came in and stitched me right up. Sliced a finger on a Saturday, very happy Southend has a clinic for these types of injuries locally, preventing a boat ride or a trip to Coupeville. Thank you.
I’ve been here many times, for acute illness and for lab draws. Staff and Providers are friendly and caring. Since it is an Urgent Care, I go there with the understanding that there will be a wait.
Trying to get a diagnostic mammogram for possible breast cancer. Would not schedule me until they'd checked out my referral and insurance. Did not call me. Finally got hold of them and the next hoop to jump through was getting copy of last mammogram which they said they would request. Another week goes by and I find out ( from the place they were supposed to request from) that no request had been made. This is I swear the last time I will work with them.
Staffs and Providers are friendly, direct, honest and very professional. Thank you for helping our community.
