Best there is! No A.I. assistant or call center hassle. Professional and direct staff. I drive many miles out of the way to use this pharmacy. With the convoluted nature of the many healthcare bureaucracies people have to engage with, it is nice to have at least one that is reliable.
Never a long wait. Very friendly staff.
Since the closure of Island Drug, this has become the only functioning pharmacy for South Whidbey residents. Unlike the chain pharmacy in Freeland, this pharmacy actually fills prescriptions on time and has them ready to pick up. It's worth the longer drive.
I'm hoping this is a one-offer experience. I will pre-empt to say that before this latest experience (explanation to follow), I've had almost all great service from this pharmacy, but as they seemed to have hired a couple new people, it's leading me to wonder why they've had such a 180° turn over the past few months.
