Consider your deposit a down payment cause you won't see a penny of it after you move out. We left our house in good shape, not expecting to get all of our deposit back but a good portion of it. A month after moving out we received a bill for over $3600 in additional charges stating false damages and previous damages that they were notified of before we moved in. Don't rent from these people.
Called to discuss our needs for a future rental. Got a quick call back, but the customer service ended there. Not only did I get some instant, irrelevant advice, but felt I was getting the brush off. The broker was clearly uninterested in talking to me. Plenty of other options out there, but I was disappointed.
