Not Impressed I have used htis printer twice when Jack was not available at Bay Printing and I was not impressed. They acted as though I was inconvenience to them for asking for anything to be done. Although my work was done on time, there was nothing above and beyond about the finished product or the customer service. I have also called in the past for quotes on the phone and was treated quite rudely by a gentleman named Eric.
