The BEST dental experience that I have ever had! Fantastic staff, absolutely NO pain. I was really cared for well. Top ratings in all areas! I would highly recommend Dr. Draper Just finished my post extraction check-up. I had no pain at all from the extraction as well as no pain as it healed! I felt a bit tired and slightly ‘fluish’ as my body was healing, and I needed a little extra rest, but that was all that I experienced post extraction. If I could give Dr. Eric Draper more then 5 stars I WOULD! He is hands down the kindest, most caring and gentle Dr. I have encountered in a very long time! Eric did my implants, sinus lift's and extensive bone grafting with no hiccups beside swelling. He or someone from his team was ALWAYS quick to get back to me whenever I had a concern! His front desk staff and assistants are HANDS DOWN THE BEST!!! Thank you to ALL of you for EVERYTHING! It's been a LONG journey! Tracy S.
Dr Draper and literally every staff he has is wonderful! I have a really bad fear of the dentist and they were so kind of that and always made sure I was doing ok. It was quick and didnt feel a thing! They helped restore some faith back into this industry! Thank you. And 100 percent 10/10 will recommend.
Dr. Draper and staff are so top-notch that I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. And I'm someone who taught train-the-trainer courses on customer service (i.e., I trained others on how to train people in customer service). The processes, charges, scheduling, insurance billing, steps to be taken, probable length of time for various appointments, imaging, etc. -- every detail conducted and explained in a positive, concise, clear, friendly, and professional manner. Dr. Draper and his amazingly helpful staff make coming to the dentist enjoyable. He is so caring and gentle, I had an implant done and the whole process went so smoothly. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends.
