I went to get seen for my back. It was 6:15 pm and the clinic closes ant 7 pm and no one waiting and the receptionist guy told me that they weren’t accepting any more patients. This is why I’d rather take my chances and drive to anacortes. Whidbey health primary care is a joke and not for the people. Every time I go there, it’s something. People do not care about what they actually are there for, the PATIENTS. If you do not care about what you actually are there to do, QUIT!!! I want to rant, but, I will stop here. Does not answer the phone. takes over a month to get a appointment will not call you back. When they do answer the phone they will just send you to the walking clinic

They attempted to put my son on a " new patient" list, despite his provider was still there and filling his on going prescription because he hadn't been I'll and be been seen in a year. The " new patient list could take until October to be seen ( six months). How dare he not need to be seen and was healthy for a year. If your provider is there go every 6 months whether you need it or not.
