Incompetent Np’s, incompetent front desk. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. My mother is a heart patient (newly diagnosed) she is on several medications and one of them is to lower heart rate and she is only to take it when her HR is over 60. Well Murphy told her to take all her pills no matter what. Now her heart rate is in the 40’s. Tried to make a reservation with my regular provider and it was 4 1/2 months out. Then tried to get anything and the line when dead. No call back. Nothing. Called U of W and have an appointment in Seattle in 2 days.
If i could rate 0 stars i would. THIS IS THE WORST DR. OFFICE. DR. JACKOWSKI DOESN'T DESERVE TO BE A LICENSED PHYSICIAN AND NEEDS TO HAVE HIS LICENSE REVOKED I WILL BE GOING TO THE MEDICAL BOARD, BBB, AND WILL BE HEARING FROM MY LAWYER. I've been going for 3 years and they recently last year and now this year wont see me and I dont know why :(
My wife called in to schedule an appointment for an acute issue. They were booked out for two months but said that a nurse would call back to help address the issue. A nurse did call back, three weeks later. Their recommendation was to go to urgent care. They then scheduled an appointment thirty days later, but after a week she got a call back from the office cancelling the appointment due to “extenuating circumstances” but offered to reschedule the appointment.
