Our move out inspect went so smooth and fast. Madonna was on time, detailed, kind and funny. She was extremely professional and made concluding our time in housing fantastic.
The check-in was very smooth and went as planned. We arrived a little bit early from out of state and Farah, our resident advisor and specialist, went out of her way to make us welcomed and comfortable. Beside explaining the proper house functions and where to reach out in case of need, she also provided us with valuable in-town references to make our stay more welcoming. Thank you Farah and to all the team at Whidbey Island Family Housing!
Madonna was great help in showing us around our new place and giving us great information about our community! She was very friendly and helpful in getting to know our area!
Had my pre and final move out conducted by Madonna Williams. Amazing experience overall. She was very thorough with the pre-inspection and her follow up directions allowed our family to walk away with no extra charges!
