Impressed with the quality of service. Easy to deal with and very accommodating. Top notch.
Ordered 11 sandwiches for a company event today, including one specialty order accommodating a dietary restriction. The team made the dietary sandwich wrong — which meant the one guest who needed that accommodation was the only person in the room who couldn't eat. When I called, the owner initially agreed to deliver a corrected sandwich. Five minutes later she called back to renege — said she was away from the store and none of her employees had a car. Went here for lunch today and had to wait nearly an hour for a sandwich. Someone had put in a Doordash order of 5+ bags of sandwiches and ruined the ordering process for everyone. There were at least a dozen other people waiting for their single sandwich orders while the crew tried to fill this enormous Doordash order. They should not allow such large single orders that aren't planned ahead through catering. It ruined many people's lunch time waiting forever.
