Ordered through Uber Eats today on July 9th, around 12:45 pm. The sandwich looked good, but I was incredibly disappointed to find the large paper cheese wrapping left inside the sandwich. I found out after taking couple bites and felt like I was chewing paper. Mistakes happen, but skipping a basic step like unwrapping the cheese is a pretty major food safety issue. Edit: just called the shop and told them about the paper in the sandwich. The guy just hung up on me which is pretty concerning
Wish I could rate zero. Placed an order online, went in 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and it wasn’t there. The guy went out to a car sitting in the parking lot and took their food back and asked me if that was my order, it wasn’t and even if it was, I wasn’t going to take food that was already given to another customer. Stay away from this place...the guy is nothing but a scammer...always trys to charge me full price for sandwiches that are on special...then he tells you he's out of avocado or like today...I walk in at 11:30 which is a hour after they open and I ask for the seafood special and right away he tells me he's out of crab salad....no thanks I will take my business elsewhere.
Store runners should be ashamed to be in the same space as this nasty BP station.
