i really like which wich sandwiches, and this in the only location i know of near me. imagine my disappointment when the only employee kept saying "one minute one minute" while playing around on his phone for minutes as i waited at the cash register. for all i know he is still at the register, playing around on his phone. I eventually pointed out to him that it was clear which wich was not open, since he refused to get off of his phone, even after i waited for five minutes. I’ve been to this Which Wich in Warrenville multiple times and I keep having the exact same issue — they never have the sandwich I want. Every time, I try to order something from their regular menu and I’m told they’re out of key ingredients. It’s extremely frustrating and honestly makes the location feel unreliable. I used to like Which Wich, but after several visits with the same problem, I’m done coming to this location. If you can’t count on a sandwich shop to have the sandwiches they advertise, what’s the point?
