Chips on the rack were stale, got fried onions on my sandwich, also were stale. Doesn’t seem clean. Wouldn’t recommend.
HEALTH SCORE is a B. Customer service could be better. Our sandwich was just thrown on the counter when it was ready. Prices differ vastly from what is advertised... oreo shake on the menu is $5.25 but I was charged $7. It also had banana in it which I didn't order. Turkey club on the menu is $12 but I was charged $14. I probably won't go back.
I showed up at 7:30, walked in to ask if they were open because it was empty. The first employee rolled her eyes and then ignored me. Asked again, and the person behind the counter said “no, we closed at 8” …. Not for another 30 minutes
I usually don't write bad reviews, but I had to for this. My mom & I ordered 2 sandwiches from here and a cookie. From the get go, the cookie was smashed into pieces so that's one thing. I went to eat the sandwich, and it the bread was soaked in oil, salty, and slathered with globs of mayo. The bread was smooshy & wet. I took a bite & I put the sandwich down.
