Lady working the counter was RUDE. Didn’t even look up to greet anyone or even say anything, just pointed.
I went in about 12:30 on May 1st. I went to get my drink while waiting on my sandwich. I git sweet tea and it was very light in color and tasted like pure sugar! I told the manager and she said to just add some water to it and it would be fine. I said that will not fix it, her comment was: we don't have time to look at or fix it just because one person complained about it! You can't get much ruder than that! I will never step foot in that store again!
20 minutes. That's how long I was waiting in the drive thru line. There was nobody in front of us. Nobody behind us. Not sure there were even people inside. Only ordered 3 sandwiches. To top it off they screwed up my wife's order. Didn't have lettuce for lettuce wraps. Fry machine was broken (seems like it never works). I would suggest going somewhere else.
