Came in and filled out a sandwich and ended up getting the incorrect order. I politely asked the owner to remake the sandwich and he refused to replace it and tried charging me an extra 13.25. Treat your customers with more respect and take accountability of your mistakes. Very disappointed and won’t be attending this store again
The price wasn’t transparent (menu said a regular sandwich was $8.75, but my sandwich was $10.50 because it came with bacon), and the cashier said I could get my sauces on the side, but then someone else said they wouldn’t give me the 3 sauces on the side, only the mayo. So I took off one sauce from the order and just got the others like they came. Don’t expect to be able to portion your own sauces if you come here
