Love these guys, but don't be charging $2 for extra cheese I didn't order, it comes with 3 types of cheese on the wicked....maybe a new guy mistake.

I ordered online, scheduling my pick up for 12:30, leaving work to start my 1/2 mile walk to the restaurant with time to walk up, pick up my sandwich, and get back to my desk. Not only was my sandwich not ready until 12:45 (they were fulfilling in-person orders first), but I was not even acknowledged until after my 12:30 pick-up time had passed. Sooo...I visited which Wich in Scottsdale a few years back. I was so disappointed in my krab salad sandwich, I never went back. Until today, to the one in San tan village. Totally different experience! I was thrilled. Not only was my bread toasted, but the krab salad was awesome! The kid at the register was Cooper, and I didn't get the name of the girl who made the sandwich. Nice work, u two. I'll skip the Scottsdale location and just go back to San tan. Many thanks.
