I ordered online, scheduling my pick up for 12:30, leaving work to start my 1/2 mile walk to the restaurant with time to walk up, pick up my sandwich, and get back to my desk. Not only was my sandwich not ready until 12:45 (they were fulfilling in-person orders first), but I was not even acknowledged until after my 12:30 pick-up time had passed. I had the WORST experience at this location. I waited one entire hour for my cold caprese sandwich, as did about 25 other customers. Some asked if they could get a refund and were told no because there was no manager, but their sandwiches (that they ordered an hour ago) would be ready in ten minutes. Those customers ended up leaving with no sandwich and no refund. I finally got mine and rushed back to work only to find it didn't have half the ingredients I ordered. More than once my the person making my sandwich has missed the main part of my sandwich. Just ordered the tomato and avocado and I got home and there was no tomato or avocado. Additionally I've ordered the club and not received bacon.
