My mother was a resident and died. After her death, they actually charged us a legal fee for the eviction process they were ABOUT to start. After she was dead!! We came from MN to clear out her apt and pay her unpaid rent, due to her being in ICU, and were made to pay this fee. I am currently working with THIER lawyer to make them refund this fee. How terrible! Shame on you!
