I had the worse attempted automotive service experience with Wherry's Auto & Small Engine Service on 4600 Sam Dr., Northwest, Huntsville, AL 35811. I experienced poor customer service from Wherry’s Auto by lack of communication, unauthorized service being performed, the work that I wanted to be performed on my vehicle was never performed, and it took 6 days for me to receive my vehicle back for a 2-4 hour service job that was never performed.
