Excellent facility. Very accomodating,
It has been a great experience…I asked to move units after we saw where the original unit was located and they were very accommodating for us! The staff, facility, and the whole process has been nothing but exceptional…I will only use them for my storage needs in the Jasper area!
I reserved a large storage unit. When I went to put my stuff there I was then told that unit was unavailable for 7-10 business days. The smaller unit I had to take was full of spiders and had several holes in the walls. After I emptied out my locker and informed the business twice that I was cancelling the service they continued to try to charge me. Their prices are also higher than other, nearby storage units.
