Highly recommended. They did a great job relaxing my kid for examinations.
The office is clean and welcoming. The entire staff are professional, friendly, and helpful. Dr Jason goes above and beyond to make his patients feel comfortable. I truly appreciate his “if it were my child…” guidance to any concerns I’ve brought to him. Highly recommend!
You’re in excellent hands at Where Smiles Grow. The entire team is incredibly friendly and always goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. My whole family has been through their care and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is warm, professional, and so good at what they do! If you’re looking for a pediatric dentist in the Capital Region, there’s no better place to go. Highly recommend!
Do you guy ever pick up the phone? Also It will be helpful if you can list what insurance you excep on the website. I send an email asking what insurance you guys except I was told call, I called the number that was provided to be and the phone kept ringing out. For an office to have high rating like this I would have taught the expectation would be superior. Heard good things from others, but good luck getting ahold of anyone. I called in early August to make a new patient appointment for my daughter. Apparently got lucky and got ahold of someone on the first try. They said they were booking out until October, which was fine because we didn’t have any specific concerns. Booked an appointment and soon realized we had a conflict and needed to reschedule. I called a couple weeks later (now mid-August) to reschedule the October appointment.
