Went to Applebee's tonight and saw the blonde female bartender was working so we turned around and left. The last time we were there our drink orders were consistently slow and one actually came as we were leaving. No apologies from the bartender... I always come to Applebee’s in Glenmont and have always had great service, good food and just a good time until tonight! I have never received such attitude from the female bartender after complaining that the drink she made was nothing but water! I’ve worked myself in the service industry and have NEVER treated a customer with such attitude! Food was great, the waiter was great, the drinks were gross and we also had to wait 10-15 minutes before we got them they were all watered down they didn't taste like they had any alcohol in them or flavor, when our friend ordered a beer it was stale, when we finally decided to leave we cancelled the last beer that we ordered because we waited 10 minutes for it then the bartender had an attitude and started slamming things and making comments about us. absolute terrible bartender!!!! I always eat at Apple Bees in Glenmont NY. The food came out ice cold. my appetizer was artichoke and spinach dip and the middle was frozen. My entree came out on a plate and a filthy wicker thing underneath. There was other food from someone else stuck in it. The waiter was the best. he apologized but the food was just plain out awful. Today was lunch with Mom. There have been many times Lunch or dinner with my Sweetheart. And let’s not forget eating here with Dad. It could be in Glenmont, Peekskill even Rhode Island we even were in Queens always enjoying our meal. Thank you Applebee’s.
Had the new prime rib pasta dinner. It was spot on!!
