So to preface, I would probably classify myself as a cheesecake fiend. I had seen When Cheese Met Cake continuously pop up on my Instagram feed and was finally able to make it in today to try something. Don’t take this lightly- I had the Apple Streusal and it was the BEST cheesecake I’ve ever eaten. I got the chance to talk to the owner, Dannielle, and she was awesome.
