I read an article about Daniel McConville and later found that one of his clients, Rhonda Gold, has reportedly faced prior criminal charges relating to an alleged incident involving a tenant’s vehicle. While everyone is entitled to legal representation, I believe this raises questions about this borrowers credibility.
