No wait, great team, Dr Whelan was friendly, involved and great experience(if you can say that lol)
We have never waited less than an hour to see this man. Today was over a three hour wait for a procedure, and all the nurses had to say was that he talks a lot. No apologies for the delay no bedside manner from the nurses at Sandpit. Just a terrible way to treat a patient. Never again will we allow ourselves to be treated like this.
I was a new patient referred by relatives. His office though is poor at best, since I called TWICE over 6 months ago to make an appointment for a procedure and no one has called back yet. Was told when I called again two months ago that they have a long list to work through. Looking for a new Doctor now so are many others. He lost me, my wife and three others due to his office being so poor.
