this place disgusts me worked there and the worst working place I've ever worked for people
I am not impressed with the guys in the door shop. I think they are rude, loud, and need customer service training. When i asked questions they just made me feel stupid, clearly I am asking a question because I don’t know, so help me out! I am assuming they are paid on commission because all they did was rush me, and wanted to make there next sale, and get me out of the door. Who knows if the order is even correct, but don’t worry they have a restock fee if not.....
RecommendedWheelwright lumber is incredible. Branden has provided unbelievable service and support. Stephen Wheelwright has a great team. I have been able to come in under budget with superior materials than I could find at box stores. This is a hand written letter from the delivery driver that brought our doors. It validates the great hands on service you can expect from Wheelwright. Don’t buy anywhere else. They definitely treat you like family.
RecommendedI was really disappointed with the young man who helped me in bay 3... I let him pick out my pine thinking he would do himself and the company proud for this first time customer.... I received probably the worst boards they had.. warping, big knot chunks out, gowdges, .... wow, really... other than that, they have a great routine and efficiency.
