Took my car there a week ago and the car was post to be done in a day it’s been a week I keep calling him no answer he replaced things I did not authorize well he said he replaced but I need my car back asap weather it’s fixed or not it’s been a week and he won’t pick up or call back very unperfessional said he had a family emergency so I drove to the garage I didn’t see my car anywhere not inside or outside something seems fishy if I have to take a police officer there with me I will
My boyfriend took my car to this shop to get fix some issues with the car clutch. My boyfriend bought the parts the mechanic suggested and we waited over a month for this guy to do his job. Calling at his phone and he never pick up. My boyfriend had to go couple times to the shop to get a hold of this guy. At the end, he did not change the parts because it was the wrong size (when he provided all the information about the parts that the car needed) charged us the total labor cost when he did not complete the work in the car.... read more
