Donte was on site today repairing the wheel's on my friends truck and did an incredible job. He worked all day and didn't take a break. Incredible work ethic, super polite and the work was fantastic.
My front driver wheel had some ugly scuffs that were driving me crazy. Luiscame out and worked his magic—he’s a true artist! The wheel looks flawless now and the 'eyesore' is completely gone. Super convenient service and *Luis* is a total pro. If your rims are looking rough, give him a call! Second time getting work done with wheels on site, they have certainly made a forever customer and will refer others.
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. They were able to take my payment in less than ten minutes, but when the promised service was not fulfilled, I was told that only the owner—who is allegedly never in the office and does not come to work, according to the manager—can authorize a refund. This experience has been unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I just bought a brand new 2025 Wagoneer in black on black on black. My significant other decided to make a U-turn last week and didn’t have room to make it and completely gouged and scratched the front right tire rim.🤨 So I knew being the perfectionist I am I needed to find someone that could repair it so I did my research and I found wheels on site.
