Great service Christian showed up in a professional manner and completed repairing all 4 of my rims, his work is pristine.
Beware of WheelsOnsite!! I recently called this company to repair curb rash on my right rear wheel. A gentlemen came out and removed the wheel, placed it on a stand, cleaned, sanded, and airbrushed. He completed his work in an hour. When I drove the vehicle, I noticed the repaired rear wheel felt wobbling and unstable. On Sunday, I brought it in to a tire store and they placed it on a lift and said, "Whoever worked on this wheel, forgot to tighten the lug nuts and neglected to torque the nuts to the proper degree. The WheelsOnsite technician forgot to tighten the lug nuts on the wheel he repaired when he re-installed it. This is a dangerous and grievous error that could have resulted in loss of the wheel, significant damage to the car and, possibly, serious injury. We found this out when we were driving the car and heard an odd scrape/wobble noise coming from the wheel he had "fixed." Please have your drivers pay closer attention to the road. The driver of truck 232 sat at a green light today and never went. Multiple people were honking. He was trying to take a right turn and he had plenty of opportunities but still sat there. There's no bigger way to turn people off of your company than having your driver on the road and holding people up during rush hour traffic
