Took my car (and wheels) to the Specialty Shop in Sterling, VA. Ben was the tech and did a fabulous job. Had 21" OEM wheels from a 2024 Blazer EV that needed a few touch ups that I did not create - really I did not (prior owner of the car left some curb rash on the wheels, thank you GM - they previously owned/used the car! :-) ) One wheel needed machining, one wheel the touch-up. Victor not only showed up within the short time window given, he thoroughly explained the process, efficiently went to work, and had the vehicle ready to roll in no time flat! STAY AWAY!!!! I took my car in for repair, and this company was assigned to fix my rims by the repair shop. It took four separate visits to finally get the work done—once at the shop and three additional times at my home. Each time I had to take time off work just to deal with this. To make matters worse, during one of their visits they damaged my epoxy garage floor, leaving large marks that they now refuse to take responsibility for.
