Giving it two stars because it is a quality product. My issue is that I ran out of lacing 2/3 complete and nearly 3 hours into the job. Not a happy customer right now.
It's been over 3 weeks and still no product or tracking number. I emailed them and tried contacting them through the website with no response. Their website states they're changing locations and orders will ship in 3 weeks but still nothing. It appears they might be changing ownership but keeping customers updated goes a long way. I will likely have to do a chargeback.
horrible business! For the second time in a row I got the wrong steering wheel cover and I have to keep shipping them back with me paying the expense and now it's been 3 months and I still don't have my refund and now they don't even answer the phone! I think they're closed?

The wheel of my base-level Hyundai Accent commuter is thin and slippery plastic. Adding Wheelskins cover 2 years ago made a huge difference in the driving experience. The wheel feels substantially thicker and is not slippery under any circumstances: cold or hot, sweaty palms or think gloves. The product is, definitely, made of genuine leather.
