I purchased a Ducati Diavel. My salesperson what Christian. Very recommend, he was responsive throughout the process even responding to my messages after hours. The entire process was smooth and he even helped me arrange shipping for the motorcycle. He also sent me several videos and photos of the motorcycle after the sale. Honestly the worst experience I’ve had purchasing a motorcycle. They sold me a bike with no fuel and claimed everything was tip top. After cutting out in the freeway right by the showroom they sent me $50 which is just about covered the gas and the Jerry can. I’ve since found out - by running out of gas again on the freeway - the low fuel light wasn’t checked in their inspection as it doesn’t work. I’ve repeatedly tried to communicate them about it. Horrible place. My motorcycle burnt down in the LA fires so i was inquiring about a bike. Salesman was a dick with a bad attitude. Made me never want to go here again. Never dealt with such a bad place Couldnt even ask a question without salesman getting upset and wanting to argue. They must be hard up for sales people. Never went to a motorcycle dealer in all the years and wished I had never gone. Spend you're money somewhere else. 0 stars
