I have a BMW R 1300 GS and needed some help with the aluminum carrying box on the back. It had fallen off the bike and was slightly damaged. It would not open. I went into the service department, thinking I had to leave it and maybe they would have to drill out the lock to get it open. I noticed them growing over the years and becoming an official factory-authorized dealer, so when I was looking to get back into riding, I decided to check out a pre-owned 2019 Yamaha MT-10 they had on the floor. If the issue is not resolved, I will dispute the unauthorized credit inquiry with the credit bureaus and file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer-protection agencies.
