CAUTION!!!! LYING THIEFS! THEY ADDED $1000.00 TO OUR LOAN AND STATED IT WAS DUE TO THE LOAN COMPANY REQUEST. AFTER 2 CONVERSATIONS WITH OUR LENDER THEY VERIFIED THEY CALLED RICK BACK AND HE STATED HE DIDN'T WANT TO LOWER THE PRICE EVEN THOUGH WE HAD A VERBAL CONVERSATION BEFORE WE DROVE FROM EATONVILLE TO LYNNWOOD, HE SAID DIDN'T WANT TO HAVE TO NEGOTIATE WITH US, SO HE LIED AND SAID IT WAS AN INSURANCE FEE.
