I bought an Armada from them around 4/2024, it was a pretty easy process. When I wanted to test drive it, it needed to be jumped so when I actually decided I wanted to take it, I asked for a new battery since they thought that was the issue and they KNEW it had an issue, they said “no problem” I went home and came back the next day to to paperwork, the man that helped me said it turned out that it was only the battery in the key but that they had replaced the car battery as well, like he told me they would. Absolutely amazing!!! It was the smoothest and fastest process to get in a new car I have ever had. The sweetest people. Blair was amazing and made the financing side so easy. I will come from Spokane again and buy from them on most definitely! Also Rick was awesome and cleaned the Yukon and filled it before we took it, absolutely a machine at what he does, he is a great employee and awesome salesman! Again will be returning!
