I brought my car in for service, and when the technician finished, they damaged one of my tires. Now, I’m being told that I mysteriously need four new tires and an alignment, despite the fact that my car had plenty of tread left when I brought it in. From scheduling the appointment to receiving the call about the damage caused to my car, this entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expect better service and accountability.
Hello, I was there a few days ago and I must say Quincy is the most helpful person. He knew exactly what I needed and did everything perfectly. The parts department is awesome . Thx again .
Wife had work done on car. Their receipt had the part number they replaced. I looked the part up on genuine Subaru parts and we were charged $105 more at the dealership for a $200 part vs. buying it from Subaru parts. Kind of an excessive mark up I think.
