My visit was taken very seriously with up most respect. Every effort was made to treat my problem. I was surprised with phone call days later asking me how I was doing. Thank you Danielle and all staff
Yesterday was my first time at this urgent care. Amazing staff. They got me in right away. I saw Scott Miller and he promptly addressed all of my concerns and was very nice. Great sense of humor as well, which made the visit more comfortable. Based on my experience, I will be returning to this facility for any future care needs.
Crazy busy, I waited like 8 hours to be seen at the ER, and I was far from alone, I waited for hours with almost 60 other people, it was standing room only!! Idk if it is always like that there or if I just had bad luck but it was the longest wait I've ever experienced at any hospital in my entire life. Plus it took 5 people 5 trys to get my blood drawn, I left black and blue after waiting forever.
