This was the worst experience ever. I arrived at 12:15 pm as per my oncologist for a white blood count along with a Covid and flue test. Very sick with flue symptoms. The RN at the front desk was very rude to me and others. Bad start. I was taken in for vitals and my port assessed at 12:20 blood work and Covid and flue test also vitals. Sent back out.
