Fantastic service! Starting from Tracey , she is always knowledgeable and kind on the phone when dealing with clients. The service team have done a great job! Will and his crew did my Duct Work cleaning and I couldn’t be happier for the results! The amount of savings we get in our due this cleaning are really worth it. I recommend Wheeling Heating & Cooling , they know what they are doing!

I wanted to share my very positive experience that I just had with Will, from Wheeling Heating & Cooling. My blower motor was making a worrisome noise last evening, and I shut the unit off. This morning, I called to ask for a tech to inspect the motor, and Will responded almost immediately. Long story short, it may have been a filter that was the culprit, and Will gave me some great information about that. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. Parents’ A/C unit went out in 90-degree weather. They called Wheeling Heating and Cooling and within the week they installed a new unit. The employees installing the unit were so personable and efficient. We highly recommend this company to meet your needs.

I will be using and recommending Wheeling Heating and Cooling from now on. We were recently impacted by the flood in Elm Grove and it ruined our furnace and hot water tank. I called on Saturday, had an appointment on Monday for a free estimate, hot water tank installed on Tuesday, and furnace installed on Wednesday. Helped my daughter out getting her ac fixed. I told the secretary from the get go that i would be using my card and to contact me for quotes. They cane for the first diagnositc and he told her he would come back when the part was in but failed to tell her she had to call. So two weeks later I finally called and they said they were waiting for her to schedule. - poor communication.
