I will be using and recommending Wheeling Heating and Cooling from now on. We were recently impacted by the flood in Elm Grove and it ruined our furnace and hot water tank. I called on Saturday, had an appointment on Monday for a free estimate, hot water tank installed on Tuesday, and furnace installed on Wednesday. Helped my daughter out getting her ac fixed. I told the secretary from the get go that i would be using my card and to contact me for quotes. They cane for the first diagnositc and he told her he would come back when the part was in but failed to tell her she had to call. So two weeks later I finally called and they said they were waiting for her to schedule. - poor communication. Meanwhile, my faughters ac was running non-stop foe 2 weeks until he got back there to put the part in! As far as I'm concerned, they can pay her ... read more
Storms took out our AC, parts and recharge were supposed to be here July 10th, Will the service manager jumped on the job ASAP and had us up and running again by July 2nd, showing up himself to personally install the new compressor! Great service, high recommend.
Had an HVAC installed in 2022 by Will through this company. The AC system iced up in July of 2023 and he said there was a leak in the system. He recharged it and promised to come back out to look for the leak and never did. Just had another company come out and found out he installed a fixed orifice instead of a thermal expansion valve. Also there was debris in the system and it was causing a blockage leading to low suction, so him recharging the system actually led to too high of a pressure on one side and it was blowing ou... read more
They did a fantastic job putting my new furnace in and taking the old one out. Cleaned up after themselves and I was able to trust them to do the work with nobody home. Would highly recommend this company. They also blew the competition away with pricing.
