Counter balance broke in window and I purchased windows from them 2007 with life time warranty and they also installed the window. Went over to see about them replacing spring and even took receipt for proof . No call from them since Monday so I'd called and left number and still no call. Guess I will have to find someone else. Maybe warranties mean nothing to them.
