I read a review you were given roughly a week ago. That guy basically took the words out of my mouth. Bad conditions but worse management. My daughter lived there the past year and your team ignored everything, never returned emails or calls, ignored repair issues as long as possible, etc. It's honestly like you made a conscious decision that if you ignore everyone maybe they will just stop calling. Wish I could vote 0 stars. Worst place I have ever lived. Management is terrible. Nothing gets fixed and when it does it takes weeks. Management never answers phone calls and emails.
I am writing about Bedford Loop Apartments which are now owned by Wheelhouse Real Estate Management. I emailed them about a week ago with photos showing the horrible conditions that the property is in and have not received a response. They should not be posting these apartments. When I arrived for my scheduled viewing, no one was there, and I had to call and wait for someone to drive to the property. Wheelhouse managed the apartment property I currently live at, before it had been sold to a new owner. I really appreciated the communication Wheelhouse management provided. They could be contacted via text, email, phone, or in person. The new management is very unprofessional and I find myself missing Wheelhouses professionalism and kindness. Would definitely consider renting from them again in the future!
Where to begin. During the flooding that occurred in Fayetteville of May 2022 our apartment flooded. It’s one of the ‘garden apartments’ i.e. underground apartments located at the Vineyards on Garland. Pro tip: all of these apartments flood. Don’t rent.
