Horrible! I moved out in April. I’ve been trying to reconcile my account but they never answer or returned my calls. I left over a dozen messages. Today Jorge told me the office was not open to the public. I asked to make an appointment. He put me on hold and never came back. I waited 30 minutes before hanging up. So unprofessional. I will not stop until there’s a resolution! One star just so I can post this! Criminals!!!

Moved into Jewell at the Park 2 years ago. Place was already infested with German Roaches, would not let me view the apartment before moving in. We get settled in and they completed 1treatment, a week afterwards, without my asking, so they knew what they had going on already. The washer in my building and the one next door have not worked for 6 weeks. I've sent emails and made phone calls and the issue has not been addressed. Very disappointing.
slumlords, their maintenance techs are atroucious to the point that i rather fix things myself, they brought a "new" dishwasher to my unit which broke the back panel while forcing it into the enclosure, it leaked into subflooring for months until a sewage smell developed, massive mold had built up along the back and sides, when i asked the tech in charge he said it was "so hard" and the building "too old" always show up with a poor attitude and bad mood, if you are a owner and been considering portus aka wheelhouse or boutiq... read more
