I went to the Avenue 8 property for my 10 am tour and the leasing office was closed and there were no signs to indicate when someone would be there. I waited 15 mins in the heat, 95 degrees. I called twice. That is very unprofessional and very unfortunate
Horrible! I moved out in April. I’ve been trying to reconcile my account but they never answer or returned my calls. I left over a dozen messages. Today Jorge told me the office was not open to the public. I asked to make an appointment. He put me on hold and never came back. I waited 30 minutes before hanging up. So unprofessional. I will not stop until there’s a resolution! One star just so I can post this! Criminals!!!

Moved into Jewell at the Park 2 years ago. Place was already infested with German Roaches, would not let me view the apartment before moving in. We get settled in and they completed 1treatment, a week afterwards, without my asking, so they knew what they had going on already.
